------------------------------------------------------------------------------- TSCON TUTOR ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- tscon is what you're looking at: it is the underlying rendering engine. All colours, links, and textures are set with tscon escape codes. Escape codes are rendered when the vi cursor is not on that line. Hover over a line to see what codes it uses, and to edit those escape codes. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ESCAPE CODES ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- An escape code starts with a backslash, and influences subsequent characters: \\ one literal backslash \fX foreground colour, dark (X = 0-7) \FX foreground colour, bright X (X = 0-7) \bX background colour, dark (X = 0-7) \BX background colour, bright (X = 0-7) Background colours: Foreground colours: \b0\b1\b2\b3\b4\b5\b6\b7 \f0\f1\f2\f3\f4\f5\f6\f7 \B0\B1\B2\B3\B4\B5\B6\B7 \F0\F1\F2\F3\F4\F5\F6\F7 \aX anchor in group X (X = 0-9) \aX{options} anchor in group X with options (X = 0-9) An anchor can be used to make links, or to render page-specific textures. Here is an example link. And here is a photo (of me): ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- THE CHARACTER SET (IBM CODE PAGE 437) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- These are the characters this page can display. The labels are hexadecimal row starts; 00 and FF are blank. Any character outside this grid is blank. 00 ☺☻♥♦♣♠•◘○◙♂♀♪♫☼ 10 ►◄↕‼¶§▬↨↑↓→←∟↔▲▼ 20 !"#$%&'()*+,-./ 30 0123456789:;<=>? 40 @ABCDEFGHIJKLMNO 50 PQRSTUVWXYZ[\]^_ 60 `abcdefghijklmno 70 pqrstuvwxyz{|}~⌂ 80 ÇüéâäàåçêëèïîìÄÅ 90 ÉæÆôöòûùÿÖÜ¢£¥₧ƒ A0 áíóúñѪº¿⌐¬½¼¡«» B0 ░▒▓│┤╡╢╖╕╣║╗╝╜╛┐ C0 └┴┬├─┼╞╟╚╔╩╦╠═╬╧ D0 ╨╤╥╙╘╒╓╫╪┘┌█▄▌▐▀ E0 αßΓπΣσµτΦΘΩδ∞φε∩ F0 ≡±≥≤⌠⌡÷≈°∙·√ⁿ²■ See also: vi tutor, index
